How much does it cost to hire a sound system?
The price of hiring a sound system depends mainly on three things: the power of the system (and therefore the number of guests), the duration, and delivery/set-up. Here are clear benchmarks with our real prices, from a small party to a wedding, with no drawn-out quotes.
What makes up the price
- Power: a pair of speakers costs less than a complete system with a subwoofer.
- Duration: our hires are by the day, with a long-hire discount from 24h.
- Delivery & set-up: optional for individual items, included in the packs.
- Extras: DJ decks, microphones, lighting and a smoke machine can be added as you wish.
Prices by event size
- Drinks reception, speeches, small party (~40 people): the compact LD Dave 8 XS system, €90/day.
- Private party (~80 people): a pair of FBT speakers, €120/day.
- Dance party (~150 people): the complete system with 1 subwoofer, €200/day.
- Large party (150+): the complete system with 2 subwoofers, €250/day.
- Versatile for DJs / bands: the LD Dave 15 G4X (2.1 with mixer), €150/day.

Wedding sound system prices
A wedding means three moments to provide sound for — ceremony, drinks reception, dance party — with microphones for the speeches. The simplest option is a pack that brings it all together, delivered, set up and collected: from €240.
- Essential pack — €240: LD Dave 15 sound system, dual wireless microphone and LED spotlights. Ideal for a ceremony and a drinks reception.
- Advanced pack — €320: adds the Pioneer XDJ-RX2 DJ system and the disco ball for the party.
- Premium pack — €800: FBT system with subwoofer, moving heads, smoke machine and a sound & lighting technician on site.
- Ultimate pack — €1765: the most complete configuration, two subwoofers, IVL Photon laser and a technician all day.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery, set-up, tuning and collection are available as an option: flat fee of €70 up to 20 km, then calculated by distance. The exact amount is shown during booking as soon as you enter the address. In the packs, delivery is included.
We deliver across the Basque Coast — Biarritz, Anglet, Bidart, Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz — and the southern Landes.

- Take advantage of longer hires: -15% from 24h, -20% from 48h, -25% beyond 72h on equipment.

How much does it cost to hire a sound system?
A sound system can be hired from €90 a day for a small party. Allow €120 for a pair of speakers and €200 for a complete system with subwoofer, which gets up to ~150 people dancing.
What budget for a wedding sound system?
Our wedding packs start at €240 (sound system, wireless microphones, lighting, delivery and set-up included). For a large party with a sound & lighting technician on site, allow from €800.
Is delivery included in the price?
It is included in the packs. For individual items, it is an option: flat fee of €70 up to 20 km, then by distance; the exact amount is shown during booking.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a card hold is required as a guarantee. Nothing is charged, except in the event of damage, loss or late return of the equipment.
